Pamela Duys, CPA/ABV, CGMA, MT brings more than 30 years of public accounting experience and specialized tax services to her work at TokenTax. In addition to her CPA credential, Pam holds a Masters in Taxation, Accredited in Business Valuation, along with the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation.
She has assisted clients with tax analysis of transactions, mergers and acquisition, corporate liquidation, estate, fiduciary, and gift and wealth transfer planning.
Pam has worked with regional and international CPA firms during her career and had her own CPA firm for more than 10 years. Her expertise in innovative tax planning, business valuation and management, retirement and cash flow planning, and financial reporting makes her a valuable resource to our clients.
Pam has provided expert testimony and consulted with attorneys in various court cases on tax, fiduciary accounting, and business valuation issues.
Industry emphasis includes cryptocurrency, real estate and software developers, professional services, oil and gas, hospitality, not-for-profit, retail, distribution, and manufacturing.
